Another big turnout from Baildon Runners at the Boxing Day Chevin Chase hosted by Airecentre Pacers. The race was well organised with nearly 1000 runners on the day. Clearly the Brownlee brothers were scared off due to the cold & slippery conditions as no Olympians could be seen at the starting line this year. Prizes, pints and pretty awful dance moves... all were in plentiful supply on Friday evening at the annual Christmas party and awards ceremony. An inspirational speech was delivered by Sam Boatwright, who in 2012, ran 50 miles everyday for 50 days (2500 miles) round the UK raising money for Help for Heroes.
