Baildon: Champions of West Yorkshire 2017/18!

Today is a proud day for Baildon Runners, who are officially champions of the West Yorkshire Winter League 2017/18!

An extremely strong season of running came to an end today, with Baildon's men once again finishing on top and their ladies finishing 2nd. This means that the men's team have finished 1st overall, as have the vets, with the ladies finishing 2nd overall.

The club has beaten 13 other clubs to finish top, winning for the first time in their history.

Club runners have literally put their bodies on the line to clinch this

victory, including club legend Quentin Lewis, who consistently finished as second Baildon runner, despite suffering from injuries and Jennie Guard who ran strong today, despite not being 100%.
